We accept no responsibility for circumstances beyond our control e.g. adverse weather conditions, unexpected traffic delays or accidents. Please forward directions to your venue with your deposit and confirmation letter. | |
| TRAVEL/ DELIVERY CHARGES – Delivery and travel charges are charged outside 3 miles and vary depending on locality given at the time of booking. Mileage is charged out at 50p per mile. | |

| DELIVERY – If we do not have all of the items in stock, due to high demands, we will normally hold your order until we are able to despatch it complete. The right is reserved to withdraw any item without prior notice. Party Fun Ltd. cannot be held responsible for parcels delayed or lost by Royal Mail. Certificates of proof of posting will be provided if necessary. The above delivery dates are for mainland addresses and should only be used as a guide. They are updated daily and are pretty accurate for most parts of the country but if you live in a remote area or in the Highlands or Ireland please allow at least one extra working day.

| RETURNS – If you wish to cancel your order or you receive a product that you are not happy with, then please contact us within 7 working days. Please contact us by email or in writing. Please explain why you wish to return the goods, as this information is useful to us. Any item returned must be received back in an un-used, resaleable condition, complete with the original packaging. We strongly recommend that you use a returns service, which gains you a signature on receipt. On receipt, the goods will be inspected and if found to be Prima Facie Faulty the goods will be replaced or credited at the net price paid. If an item is returned for refund all postage costs for sending the product to you and any incurred in returning the product to us would normally remain payable by you. | |
